My head..

Ok so after all this stressing from my panic attacks and my sinus affecting my head and everything, I'm worried that the stress has messed with my head even more making me think something's in there making me feel weird. I try my best not to think of the worst but idk if it's common for stress to bring some sort of weirdness to the brain or something, I doubt there's anything wrong but I just wanna know if anyone has felt some sort of weirdness in their head from stressing so much or if it's a normal thing knowing I'm physically healthy..? Not to mention I tie my hair up a lot so idk if it's that too that leads on the weirdness.

Hi 👋 Shawn. It’s Shnookie. Stress can drain the energy from you and cause pain all over one’s body. I say this out of my own experience. I’m 62 and have had left sinus issues since I’ve been a little girl which can turn into migraine like headaches. Among other things this can make your head feel heavy. I use fluonase and Excedrin for thi pain. U need to learn how to lower your stress. U can try meditation, exercise, deep breathing, laying down and listening to music 🎶 that U enjoy and positive visualization. I’m here 4 UHugs 🤗 S
