My 30 year old, depressed, divorced daughter and her 3 small kids are living with me. I'm doing way more than I can handle for everyone, and even when we go for walks, she calls that she's overwhelmed with the kids. I cant get a break. I'm working a stressful job and taking care of 3 littles and a home and i'm 61. She spends a lot of time on her phone while I kill myself. I can't throw her out, she just lost her job and is in grad school and can't handle her kids. Advice? My anxiety is thru the roof
