New to anxiety

I had been diagnose with anxiety for the pass couple of weeks, I lost my mom in July and my doctor said that's what brought it on. I am also 7 months pregnant just went back on good terms with my baby father only to have him tell me he's moving to another parish. Anxiety has cause many asthma attacks which has been a struggle in my pregnancy. I don't know how to feel anymore or what to do even. Any word of advice?

I lost my dad 18 years ago overdosed by accident my friend overdosed a month ago I have depression and anxiety for a long time couple years I understand

I don't know how to handle death and that's what's causing my demise

First of all I'm very sorry for your loss . I myself suffered from anxiety after the death of my best friend . It was to close to home I fear death after that. And I started having body anxiety every little ache and pain I had I thought I was having heart attacks , soon I was having panic attacks and was going into the hospital at least 3 times a week. I went to therapy once I told them I knew when and why I got it . They told me I did not need meds and to go get the Anxiety work book , that changed my life . It taught me alot about it and about myself and how our minds work . Pls get this book . It comes in many different kinds of books just pick one that is right for you just look up "ANXIETY WORKBOOK " if there is anymore you would like me to tell you pls message me . Take care .
