Can thyroid levels come back a little low on blood test be temporary?? Because i went to a ER and they did a blood test and said they were a little low but i litterally have any of the symptoms im not tired , weak , have pain have no symptoms but throat tightness and i think thats cause by acid relux but they want me to get further test to see i think it couldve been wrong because of me fasting and no eating and i went to the ER 30 min after i woke up
