Take care of yourself, take good vitamins esp with magnesium and extra B complex in them. Magnesium type should be malate or glycinate or complex. If it is only citrate it can give diarrhea. Magnesium calms your mind body and spirit, take extra in the evenings and sleep better. Ginseng is great to get rid of sticky negative thoughts that loop too.Get outside, take strolls, no mask needed since you are outside. Don't let fear rule you. Don't watch the news, it's the same propaganda again and again and breeds fear and fear is disabling. Instead, listen you your favorite uplifting music or a good book. Watch comedy movies or videos, laughter is healing too. Keep on keeping on.
