I especially feel anxious when I don't trust those around me. When the people I confide in start acting different and revealing my conversations when talking to the same people that I am confiding in you about.
My brother who I have always confided in does this consistently, even when I tell him that I am confiding in him. I almost don't want to open my mouth when he calls. This all leads to a feeling of being alone and a little betrayal as well.
Please, someone, say something. Please advice

Hi 👋. Thanks for sharing, Nothelpless. I feel that way sometimes. Worried about others talking about me behind my back. Hmmm. It's not fun. I don't like it. I would just say that you can't control other people's behavior. You might ask them not to say anything or even stop confiding in them. That's what I need to do more of. Find people who you do feel good talking to. There are some local warmlines that are anonymous that I like to call to talk to someone safe. Good luck. Hope this helps.
yes. Google warmline for the state you are in. Hopefully there is one.
