Hi Ella, I totally understand. I recently had a nervous breakdown at work and have been off work for several months. Monday I go back to work and I am scared. However one thing that I have seen on these boards is that people are able to push through their fear and dread (easier said than done). Wishing you the best.
Thank you today wasn’t the worst, but it was moments I found myself being triggered....walked outside calmed myself down and went back to work all smile
Thank you for asking ! It generally went well, better than expected. However, my anxiety was high the entire day - even though things went well. Have to keep fighting this darn anxiety.
Its so strange - I go to work (work from home right now) and I try to do the best I can. But despite doing that I have to fight the feeling I was a total failure. Somethings didn’t work out as well as expected but I tried don’t know why i feel so bad - i just feel so beat down.
