Death anxiety

I been experiencing this for a bit now im kinda confused on the whole thing... I need someone to help me out on some info about that but i had anxiety for a while now and i had alot of trauma in my life could that be it ..... I just been thru so much and ive been really depressed 😞😭😭

I experienced a bad death anxiety about 5 years ago, i went to 3 different therapists, studied about different religions- nothing helped. Finally, what did help was I i took a step back and stopped worrying. In a natter of days I was ok again. (Death does still bother me, but it is manageable when your not in mourning for your own life 24/7)

Its terrible im just trying find the best way to help me. It ruins your day just always thinking about it

Are you looking for some form of escape? Religions that promise an afterlife?

Are you concerned that you might not even know you were dead?

death is the only guarantee in our life from young to old some we can prepare for some we can`t so try not over worry about it live life as best you can.

You have to tell yourself it will be okay. But maybe talking with a priest, minister, or other religious leaders no matter your religion might help. You have this group also. Hope you find peace. The others that reached out have good advice. Praying 🙏 for you find the ease of mind and happiness.
