Panic attacks come from your train of thought .....sitting worrying about your health will manifest ,...before you know it you’re hyperventilating, chest tightness,i.b.s. And athletes foot .....what sweets were you eating? Besides m+ms....have you had any investigations done on your stomach???
I get severe stomach tightness/knots from my anxiety. I had a former psychologist tell me that you can in fact have a panic attack, or high anxiety, from physical symptoms, including stomach pain.
Yes, I do!!! And that is one of the symptoms I have been dealing with lately, as I have only been eating about every 12 - 24 hours or more. And I have been getting severe hunger pains and air gas, as well as some knotting in my stomach, which has been giving me heart palps! Please see my most recent post in this forum, as well as my previous posts on this and related symptoms caused by anxiety. I understand what you are going through and wish you only comfort, peace and healing for all that you need!!! God Bless You and please feel free to private message me if you ever need someone to talk to. 🌿🌹🌿❤️🌿🌹🌿
these symptoms of chest pressure and trouble breathing are common to panic attacks. good news, there are ways to help manage them. there are medicines, and coping methods, and everyday simple things that can help you. Have you tried to talk to a trusted person like a counselor, Dr, family member, neighbor, friend?
