Neurontin

Hi all. Has anyone used Neurontin for insomnia? I’ve had a bad case of it for more than a year. I can fall asleep but don’t stay asleep. I asked my doc about the possibility of using it (I’ve read some pretty positive reviews) and he said he’d sleep on it*

I have trouble with insomnia as well. I take lorazapam and seroquel along with 3 mg of melatonin every night. I fall asleep and stay asleep. Problem is lorazapam is addictive and I have to take a couple of nights off. Have yet to do this, as I am scared I won't sleep. I have a routine I use, it is like a meditation to stop all the thoughts and everything that is going on. If you want to know what it is, message me. All the best, no caffeine after 2 pm.

Thank you, Wiz. I would like to know your routine. What does messaging you entail? I assume that it's 1 to 1? I am a no-caffeine guy. Never have it....

I take Neurontin for anxiety and it seemed to help at first but not as much any more, but maybe still some.

Thanks, bonkers. That seems to be a pattern with a lot of meds...
