Hello! New here

Hi all! Im new here. I've done some posting through others posts but haven't introduced myself. I live with anxiety and some occasional depression. I recently did a 60 day program to taper off of medication that didn't feel like was serving me any longer. Man was that tough! With that came some deep depression with SI. Something that was brand new for me. I obsess with my health mostly my ❤. Im excited to be part of a community that understands and uplifts each other with no judgement. Aw thank you! That is definitely interesting! I am an only child so that is way different. What # are you in the mix?
