I'm getting too used to someone

So I'm currently in the US, but planning to going back to my home country when the pandemic is over, which might be 4 to 5 months more. The thing is that I started taking some online classes offered by an institute of my county, this is where I met her. She is very talkative, but cold, she knows I like her, and also gets along with it, but at times she says that she first needs to see me in person. However, we basically talk a lot over the phone, it's been 2 months since that and things are good, at least for her because I am starting to feel anxious and sad when we don't talk, it's like I just wait for her phone call, I was usually avaiable to her, but today I decided I have to stop this, I just declined a phone call because she cancelled our appointment to do a homework, she then contacted me saying she was ready, so I told her I wasn't available. I am getting too attached to her, and it hurts to know she might get tired of me, this is killing me. I don't know how it happened, she just got into my mind so quickly.
