Hi all after quick question, does anyone have feelings like the feverish, burning up in bed,

For months now I've had problems in bed with basically feeling like I'm overheating, have a fever, I never sweat but feel absolutely red hot pulling the covers off my bed, hands all over looking for cold spots, back and forward to docs on blood pressure tablets as have had issues with blood pressure but when my blood pressure is ok I have those hot moments, and it only seems to happen when I'm settling in bed watching TV I'll start to move about looking for cold spots.

If anyone has been there please let me know I'm totally stumped and doc thinks it could be anything like stress anxiety infection and alot more.
