How long to find the right medicine combo?

Ok...so I have been working with the psychiatrist department at my local hospital for almost a year now trying to find the right medicine combo to aid in my ocd, ptsd, anxiety and depression. I am currently on 150 mg of Luvox. I am on an every other cycle of feeling good one day then lousy the next. Going to talk to the dr today yet my question is....how long before any of you have found a combo that allows you to have more good days than bad?

Will I ever get truly better? Thanks.

Yes be confident in yourself, you will move on and become whole again

I have Chronic Disabilities and mental health concerns, also A Congenital Short Term Memory Disorder. It took me two years to find the right medications and that was thirty years ago in the first instance. Now they are reducing my medications because of my age. We are all different
