Maybe just try breathing. Long slow breaths can help calm the nervous system. I had a terrible day yesterday and felt that sick panic rise along with shaking. I went for a long walk and took really deep breaths until the worst passed. I truly hope this passed quickly for you too 💛
It is just your anxiety. You don’t have a brain injury from hitting your head with your smartphone.
