I have been on medication for anxiety and depression for around 2 years. So when they try to take me off of meds I relapse and the withdrawal symptoms or quite brutal. For the past one month I'm having some other health issues that is again affecting my mental health. And I also recently found out that I'm visually dyslexic after 25 years of crap.

I am sorry that you are struggling. Maybe try going back to your doctor for an adjustment of medication not to be totally taken off. If the medication helped you before, try not to stop it. That could be hard on your system.
