Does anybody else suffer from panic attacks? Do you get super bad back pain and how do you deal with it?
I had a panic last night during my online yoga class ! Horrible, I had to leave and try and calm down. I felt it coming, my fearful thoughts took over and felt I was going to have a heart attack. I walked around the house, slow breathing , accepting that I was deeply afraid and couldn't do anything about it right now . Eventually it passed but I was exhausted. My back and leg muscles were sore from tensing , do you think that's what your back pain could be?
Possibly, I get them daily. Sometimes a few time’s a day and night I just don’t know how to deal with the back pain, it’s so bad😪

I find gentle yoga stretches help. I also listen to guided meditation for deeper relaxation, really concentrating on relaxing my muscles. Maybe you could try that? 💛
I will, thank you🥺💗
Yes, I get panic attacks all the time. I get nauseous and I start feeling dizzy.
Sorry to hear that😔
Panic attacks tighten every muscle in your body. If it is lower back pain, look up hip flexor stretches and strengthen your core.
Soak in a warm bath with epsome salt for 10 minutes. A heating pad might relieve some pain.
If you sleep on your back, try pillows under your knees.
Also, if they feel like muscle cramps more than just aches, check your potassium. Maybe a Gatorade or a banana.
Do you do breath in 6 seconds through the nose and out 6 seconds through the mouth? It was recommended to me just yesterday.
Hi, thank you I will look into these
