Trying to reduce amount anyone else feeing foggy and forgetful

Hi I had a dry mouth for around 3 months but slowly reduced, I have been on them for almost a year, at first I had 50mg then increased to 100mg after a few weeks .

Recently I have notice my head feels foggy and very forgetful all the time, over the last two weeks I have started to reduce the amount to 75% not sure if its all in the mind but starting to feel much better . anyone else had this ?
