Too many issues yet too many actual to dos. much drinking pleas help

I am 70 years old, recovering alcoholic, diagnosed with anxiety and depression. I don’t know if you are alcoholic, but alcohol really exacerbates mental illness. You could benefit greatly from therapy which could open doors for further answers for needed treatment. The system isn’t perfect, and sometimes difficult to maneuver, but it’s definitely worth the effort. I’ve been battling my issues for all my life. Sometimes hanging on with just my teeth, but glad I stuck with the journey. Do it for yourself, life can still be good. There is hope.❤️
