So, my roommate’s mom called to TELL us that she is coming for Christmas. This women is 1 big ball of negativity and everything is a big deal. Last time she stayed, she damaged things in my house and spanked my dog. I have been 1 big anxiety attack since she called and it’s not even Thanksgiving. I can’t stop freaking out. What happens when it gets closer and when she gets here. I’m agoraphobic and can’t just leave to get away from here. Any ideas to help me?
