yes of course you can be better it takes a little effort and determination its great to talk.
Hi there, I'm sorry you are feeling this way. I know how hard it can be. Try to be kind towards yourself, anxiety is hard.
Recovery is possible; its a journey and a process and it's worth the work. Take it a day at a time, a step at a time. Know that there will be setbacks, but you are growing and learning every day. You will learn so much from the process.
I hope that you have people in your life you can open up to about your anxiety. Having support is so important. Don't be afraid to open up to others. And I hope you find support and encouragement from this group.
