im worried about the holidays since im not with my family this year. i have a lot of anxiety around these times. the holidays tend to get me sad and i feel down and lonely. i need support and comfort but i feel like i dont have it.

Think of it this way. You can talk on the phone in comfortable clothes without them seeing you. Days to relax without having to get dressed up. Trying to be silly 🙃.

Seriously, try to find something you like to do. Then focus in it. We have cats and a dog they keep us busy. The dog gets into everything. She is like the dog marley in the movie.

Remember just try to stay in touch with them the best you can. Just know you are not alone.
