All the anxiety. I got home today after listening to my gramma spout political hatred. Just as I pulled in, my dad was leaving. He told me he’s going to the hospital because he accidentally got a mouthful of antifreeze when he was siphoning it from his truck. I don’t understand how he thought that was a smart plan. Mom went to meet him at the hospital. I’m home with the animals who are also anxious. I’m not getting any response from mom. I know what I need to do to calm down, but I can’t seem to make it work for me. Has anyone got any advice to help me chill out?

Hi I’m Shnookie. Sorry 😐 U R going thru all this. U can try laying down and take your cellphone 📱 and turn on calming music that U like. Do deep breathing exercises. Take some damp washcloths put one behind your neck and touch your pressure points. Take the other washcloth and place it over your eyes. I’m here 4 U

Thanks, guys. He got home a little while ago, and is grumpy but otherwise fine. I feel much less anxiety now.
