Anxiety and sertraline

Hi everyone, I'm new here. I have now been on sertraline for about a month and a half (upped to 50mg last week). I was just wondering if sertraline can cause an off-balance sensation and temple pressure and/or pain, specifically on the left side. Thanks in advance.

I'm on 100mg atm and was on 50 for about 2 years and I can feel off balanced at times and occasionally have pressure on temple, could be one of the side affects.

Hope it gets better for you.

I'm on 150 mg of Sertraline right now. I started at 50 mg for 3 weeks, then 100 mg for another 3 weeks and now I'm at 150 mg for one more week and then going up to 200 mg. I've never felt off balance or pressure in my temple. I actually haven't had many side effects except possibly some increase in my acne. Have you talked to your prescriber about your side effects? If they persist you can always ask to switch to a different SSRI medication, there are plenty out there.
