Hi everyone, I have been suffering from depression for 4 months. I know there are a lot of people who are suffering from various mental health issues, and who are directed to this community in the search of help.
We all need someone to talk to and somewhere we don't have that person. So lets share our feelings and let everything out that is in our mind to each other. And since we cannot meet in person, we can see each other virtually at least through Zoom or Google Meet, anything(open to suggestions).
So why not we help ourselves?
