Bon jour mon ami. C'est Shnookie, Hope U R OK. When all of a sudden a negative thought pops up in my mind which then can lead to a few others, I use my cognitive therapy, saying this negativity is just what happened U have positive things that U want to do with your life and take these thoughts and mentally put them into a "BOX" and this usually works for me
and this this has been difficult for me to do. But I do find it helpful Hugs Shnook
Really struggling with this concept right now. I just can’t seem to stop monitoring and obsessing over every negative thought, I know I need to do what it says in your post I just don’t know how, all I keep saying is how do I do that, I just can’t figure out how not to pay attention to scary, worrying, negative thoughts it’s so frustrating
