Please I’m suffering from anxiety and depression need help

Anxiety, for me, is a dark hole that swallows me up sometimes. I am hoping this place will be a place I can get help and give help.

Hi Harrislin, I feel you. I feel how it feels to be trapped in a dark hole but remember my dear, you're not alone. You will fight this. Have trust and faith in yourself, things will take time. Give yourself time and space and try to LIVE your life.

We are there for you, we will encourage and support you. But remember you have to fight your battle yourself.
