I am 56. Been struggling with depression and anxiety all my adult life. Having an exceptionally hard time right now because of so many life changing events happening in short period of time. In the last year I have moved twice, changed jobs, seen one child get married, had a grand child, and my husband has been diagnosed with probable CTE. COVID is the least of my worries. I am still tryingvvto find a therapist, this is the darkest I have ever felt.

Sorry to hear that things are so difficult for you right now. I just joined this group and reading a few posts has made me realize I’m not alone. And neither are you. Hope you get some help.
