I have been taking Lamictal 100mg for one month, have been on it for 3 months tapered doses starting at 25mg. I barely notice any effects until recently when I began to drive, and I am a new driver. I started spacing out and feeling very tired on the road. Does this happen to anyone else? Is it safe to drive on lamictal? I'm not sure what to do because this med helps me in every other way and I don't want to change medication. I will talk with my psychiatrist on tuesday but if anyone has advice or tips let me know. Thank you

Definitely talk to your psychiatrist about it but you’re not alone!
Idk what it is but every time I’ve started or stopped a depression/anxiety med, it’s hit me hardest when I’m driving. I’ll think I’m over side effects or withdrawals and then I’ll be in the car like “oops this doesn’t feel safe” lol
So good luck, hopefully they have some answers for you!
