Zoloft/Sertraline

I have taken Zoloft/Sertraline for about 2 years (I am not taking it currently). When I was taking it, I started at the 25mg dosage and then was increased to the 50mg. And, over the 2-year period that I took the Zoloft medication, I didn't really feel any change in my overall mental health. And, I know that for some people that the Zoloft does work well for them. For me, it did not help with my depression and anxiety. If Zoloft helps someone, I would recommend it. It's something that you have to work out with your doctor and under your doctor's care and supervision.

Zoloft worked well for me years ago, but we're all different. What works for one, doesn't work for another. My depression is mild enough now that I can take St. John's Wort.
