I would like to send a sincere apology to those I may have hurt, triggered, or caused alarm with yesterday's post.

I know all here are dealing with enough without a post that creates more issues than anything.

Seems like you have received help here. Most of us are suffering and in pain, there are ones who are out in the open now and reach back to help us, I try to do that, when I first came here I was in a bad way, I received so much love and support, so please do not give up, you made a mistake, mistakes are lessons we learn from, then do not repeat them. We accept your apology we love and support you, life is difficult, write to us, we will do our best to help you, forget about yesterday, that day is gone in is in the past, leave it there, I learnt in a spiritual group I was in to live in the moment, that is all we have. I do and it brought so much freedom to my life. Do Not Beat Yourself Up, Love, respect and accept yourself for the wonderful person you are. I did not read your post yesterday, are you suffering depression & anxiety there are med's for that I take them everyday, and have a wonderful therapist who helps me So much.
