Feelings, what to do of them?

Well, our life is in a constant battle between head and heart. And, when you are dealing with mental illness, it is much more a difficult battle. Yes, it is important to build self-awareness to get in tune with what signs you are getting from your body as feelings and read them correctly. But, it is also important to identify that when you should be seeing them as your guides, for example, boredom, emptiness, jealously etc. and when you should be accepting them and letting them go because your thought process is playing with those feelings, mindfulness will help a lot to centre yourself then. In both cases, acceptance is the key.
