i'm lossing it

My anxiey is sky high... Im alsomt at the point that im hpyervenalting.. ON zoom with my teacher. Its jut getting worse

Casper, it's going to be okay. You are not in harm's way.

Bring your shoulders down away from your ears and Breathe.

You got yourself worked up which caused your anxiety to spike out

of control.

Slow down your breathing..That's right You've got the power to

do that. You are in control once more.

Make your arms go limp, you will feel the anxiety leave your body

and exit from the bottom of your feet. Breathe Casper

like, Im sorry I was late on friday. As you know I have some mental health issuse. When I'm struggling it is relly hard for me to get on my next class. I'm working on loging on right affter my bell ends and then take my break

i had her in nith and i was in and out of inpainet. I'm doing better, I still do not trust her because of the way she treated me

Whoa...she probably already suspects why you were late.

Once you put it in writing it will be on your records.

She may mean well in trying to help you

I don't know anything about your circumstances but I read through a few of your previous posts and you seem like things are hard most of the time. You also seem young (20's - 30's maybe)

There are many tools available but I am not sure which you may have tried. So, for what it's worth, finding a therapist and a psychiatrist could be helpful in working on your triggers and how to manage them. Some sort of anxiety medication may also be helpful. It's a long road and different for everyone, but that first step starts you on the path.

I am certain there is a way forward for you to enjoy your life without panic attacks or other extreme anxiety.

I thought so, ate your parents open minded? How about counseling. Being a teenager is tough I know. I couldn’t talk to my parents. I tried taking my life , you’re Not thinking about that are You. If you can’t speak to your parents talk to your school counselor. Write us back we CARE 🙏

Hi Casper you may need some assistance with therapy or breathing exercise to relax self or may discuss with doctor or Nurse maybe be able to look at self medication if need be or adjust their are options available with the Nhs or mental Health advice lines if need be hope you find Peace of mind and person centered support

I have a therpist she is busy most of the dya. I ussla tell my teacher but there where other students in the room.

Casper, I know this is tough, but you need to talk to your parents. I guarantee they love you. Although parents can make their own mistakes, deep down all parents love their children deeply. Panic attacks can be scary, but I can tell you that through meditation, daily practice, therapy, and medication that the no longer will be scary. If you don't have it on your phone get the Calm App, it is worth it.

Casper, please talk to your parents. They love you. I know how hard this is but talking with a therapist and a Psychiatrist will help you. Please take these people’s advice on this forum they have knowledge of your situation.God Bless and keep us posted.
