Hello,

I have taken Xanax for 30 years and have been off now for 1 year and 1 month.

There are many side effects. But my worst time is trying to sleep or rest. If I fall asleep the very second I awake I have to get up and walk, back and forth and can’t get relaxed.

I think of my younger days and past experience. I get very anxious during this time. I wish I could just sleep and relax.

It’s so crippling and all I want is to be comfortable. I’ll keep trying different things. But running out of stuff.
