I'm always anxious these past few days. I always worry about literally everything. I don't know how to calm down. Every time I sent a message or talk to someone I get nervous and overthink. I can't stop overthinking. I can't stop worrying if I did something wrong, if I'm bothering everyone and if I'm annoying. I don't know what to do, sometimes I'm shaking. And when I send just one message to someone I'll end up worrying about that the whole day. Recently I went back to cutting after not doing it for a few months, maybe even a year, because I don't know how to calm down and I think it helped me.
What should I do? Am I overreacting? Should I see someone?

I’m sorry you’re struggling. Please tell your doctor you’re cutting. You can’t continue that. There’s no situation where that is okay or a solution to anything. You shouldn’t have to feel like doing that. Meds may or may not help but please let your doctor know. You can also go to the emergency room if you feel you need to. That might even expedite your seeing a doctor. I’d prefer you went to the hospital than cut yourself. I understand the anxiety. My brain is over analyzing people and situations all the time. You’ll find many people here who do the same. Message me any time you feel like. Don’t worry, you can’t offend me I promise. Take care
Please see your doctor! It gets hard but remember there’s light at the end of the tunnel. I am on medication for my anxiety and it helps. But first talk to your GP. There’s options for CBT and support groups for people in need. You shouldn’t suffer alone. Whenever I worry I tend to remove myself from the place that worry occurs e.g my bedroom, I will go for a walk or move to the kitchen. Removing yourself tends to help and ease the thoughts. I hope this helps. Make sure to book and appointment with your GP, please do not cut !
Check with your doctor! I was really against going on anxiety meds for years. But once I finally took them, I was amazed at how much better I felt and how many issues it helped.
There are sooo many options out there and I’m sure they can find something that’ll work for you. Good luck! 💙
