I am an MBBS student.. I suffer from mild tremors which get aggravated (for example) during performing the practical’s ..while making eye contact my heads shakes mildly .....due to all this I fell socially anxious...I fell too uncomfortable in public gatherings....I tried too much to get rid of this.. i read self help CBT books,watched lot of videos but nothing helped really ....
Kindly take me out of this problem

Not sure how to answer your question. However, I do understand that it's a dilemma for you, which of course, is backed by the fact that you have tried other self-help techniques.
However, you haven't mentioned the cause of your tremors. Do you get tremors during anxiousness or there's some underlying medical problem? I am asking because one of my friends during college days, had fluctuating blood sugar and he couldn't keep his hand still! We all misinterpreted it as anxiety.
Kindly consult a doctor, you probably need an in-depth explanation of your issues.
