Hey there roachkid, there so much good food that you can eat as much as you like and feel very satisfied. I love my veggies,big plate full with perhaps some sour cream and seasonings, love me a good salad too,never really been a salad eater but discovered it can be amazing when you add tasty things, olives,feta,onion ,sundried tomatoes,roast pumpkin... Top with a tasty can be of tuna. Veggie soup is a great one. Put any kind of veggies,lentils if you have some in a pot and cook,puree with bamix ( stick mixer) ,top with sour cream or natural yoghurt and yum yum ,big bowl of hearty and thick ,very healthy and very filling soup,too easy!! 😊🥕🌽🍅🤗
No need to ever really feel unsatisfied after a meal,so much healthy ,cheap and easy food to eat. I find fresh and natural is always the best. Another good one; roast a bunch of veggies, whatever you've got on hand ,and garlic cloves,add a little olive oil or anything really. So filling !! 🤗
