Hi everyone. I am new to this group (first time for me being exposed to a great platform like this).
I want to hear other peoples stories of how you are coping with anxiety and stress?
I feel like my brain is dead today. I have so many deadlines at work which stresses me out even more, but for some reason I have this mental block and can't do anything.
Just so tired of feeling this way.

Maybe you can make a schedule to pace yourself with, making sure to include some you time in there.
I recently joined this forum as well and it's truly been so helpful and uplifting even in the short time I've been a part of it. Just remember, even when the day seems impossible, just take it one step at a time..even if the best thing you've done all day is get out of bed, or answer one email. Everything is always baby steps, or even smaller than baby steps! You've got this. We are all here for you.
I recently joined this group and have found it to be helpful. There are a lot of people who will understand what you are going through. Try to take it one day at a time. I believe in you! I hope all is well and your day gets better. Feel free to message me if you ever want to talk
