New and exhausting nightmares

Hi

I am new to this hub, but not new to Health unlocked. I have numerous problems, most of which due to Lupus.

Anyway, I do have really bad nightmares, very vivid and remaining after I wake. I have these on a nightly basis and only sleep at 1/2 hour at the most before waking up. I am truly exhausted. But I try (and mostly succeed) in putting on a normal front. It is taking a great toll on me.

Anyone any ideas?

Have you read through the instructions that come with your meds? I'm presuming you're on meds of course. I can't remember which one but I did recently read that a certain med causes nightmares. Worth reading the side effects of whatever you're taking.

Maybe easier to Google 'Meds that cause nightmares', quite a list pops up.
