Back feels like ice

Does anyone ever feel like ice is going g down your back when you have anxiety?

It's been freaking me out. Its off and on the last day or so. I know I'm under a crazy ammount of stress ( i have recently moved into a new house that needs alot of work. Were fixing up my home to sell, my uncle has covid.)

I'm feeling so hopeless
