Anxiety because of school

The first day I went back to school my stomach knot up, I felt nauseous, and I had a mega panic attack. Ever since that Monday, My anxiety has been absolutely awful. I woke up at 1:45 this morning feeling on edge. Knowing that my anxiety is effecting my sleep now is making me worry how bad my anxiety really is.

I understand how you feel. Try not to worry as that does feed the anxiety. I woke up at 4 this morning with the exact same feeling and although I feel better now (lunch time) I still feel some jittery feelings. It will pass.

Hi- I have a friend who is also diagnosed with anxiety and her sleep is also affected by it. She prays and sings worship songs and after that she slowly calms down.

It may be hard but try to do things that will help you to relax. If you think you need more help, please talk to your doctor. I hope you get better soon. Stay strong, it will pass by God’s help.
