It feels like it comes out of nowhere and steals your time. This weekend has just been one of those times. I just gave into it and have tried to let it run its coarse. So to anyone out there feeling the same...sending out love and light to you ❤ May tomorrow be a better day 🌈

Give yourself a hug, It's a terrible feeling when you feel so low. Some days I can't even shower..I think "What's the point?" "I'm not going anywhere" I've been stuck here in that frame of mind for days.
I totally understand how you feel. It is hard when it gets to that point. Sometimes self care is what we need and it is the hardest thing to do. I hope you feel some relief soon.
