I had a ton of social anxiety before I got into therapy and before I got medicated. I have a lot less and it’s not completely gone but much much more manageable. Success is super possible with taking steps to take care of it!

I used to suffer terribly with social anxiety then the job i got into gradually my confidence grew and grew and i dont really suffer with that anymore even got to manager, so in answer to both questions yes😊
