Have u ever felt like your soul has had enough....and maybe its time for it to rest???
Caap, I have felt your pain as well as most of us on this site.
When you found yourself all alone, fate allowed you to find us,
your safe place to come to where people understand.
Let us be there for you when you need a virtual shoulder to cry on.
We care. I'm so happy to Welcome you. You are no longer alone my friend xx
Don't hold on your pain. Process it as it comes. Feel your feelings until they no longer need to be felt. Your body can only hold so much... We weren't built to hold things in or block things out we were made to flow through life as life flows through us.. all of our experiences and emotions and feelings should flow.
My favorite place to cry is in the shower. The water washes away my tears.
If you believe in a soul, then it maybe old ahhah old soul. So, you have life experience. You have lots too offer the world.
Resting is super good for making new. Resting like sleeping. Or not thinking but resting eyes.

Yes !!! So a lot. I dint turn to places where they hurt me more by not being there. I’ll go virtual
I am very familiar with what you’re going through. I felt like my body was just an empty shell. But we keep fighting for our life no matter how crappy it might seem. Every morning we wake up and keep moving. With time it will get better. It’s okay to hug your pillow. I did many times. I avoided silence and sad songs. Kept the tv on with funny sitcoms and comedies. It didn’t “cure” my depression but it was a more positive distraction than drowning myself in my thoughts. Take care of yourself. Glad your here.
I'm so sorry you are hurting and overwhelmed. There are many ways to rest your soul that are not permanent. Get out in nature, breathe deep from God's great earth, take off your shoes and touch the earth to get grounded, it helps emotions stabilize a lot. Take magnesium to calm your mind body and spirit and ginseng to get rid of sticky negative thoughts that loop. Also, watch or listen to something really funny, humor heals. <3
