Where your focus goes, energy flows. When you focus on the negative you attract more negative energy. When you focus on positive you attract more positive energy. Everyday, every hour, every second of the day you have the power and choice to change your thoughts. It's so easy to be consumed by anger, anxiety, depression, pain, disappointment, guilt, and shame. Change and healing start with choosing to deal with your feelings head on and choosing to love yourself right where you stand. Today no matter how difficult it is, look in the mirror and tell yourself I love you. Tell yourself I'm here for you. Tell yourself you can do this! You are beautiful, you are smart, you are strong, you be are capable of anything life throws at you!

Thanks for the positive vibes. I definitely needed a reminder today. My anxiety and negative thoughts have been trying to hold my mind captive. As long as my heart beats i will keep fighting. Hope you have a blessed day

I agree, through therapy I learnt to give up negative thoughts, look for positive and uplifting thoughts, it made my life wonderful, doing this for 30 years, if I can You can. I send you all love, healing and big hugs......
