Sounds like a great plan, getting post-its tomorrow just to start putting up some inspirational reminders. New to this and reading and absorbing as much I can. This site and all the wonderful people on has been a God send to me. When my mind starts to go to a bad place being able to use for support and great words of encouragement to keep me uplifted.

Becoming supernatural by Joe dispenza is an amazing book it tells you why your mind does the things it does and how to break it! I used Hypnotherapy, that book, and affirmations to heal myself. We all have our journeys but this is what worked for me

telling yourself good things WILL make a difference! One of the main causes of depression is the harsh critical things we say to ourselves. When we believe we are stupid or worthless or we dont matter we change the chemistry in our brains. We stop producing serotonin! Our minds believe what we tell it!
