I heard this and it stuck with me hope you like it as much as me😊 I’m forgiving myself a little more each day and giving me more compassion for things I’ve done I wish I could change.

Love this post as it fits nicely in being generous of spirit with those around us and makes the energy field around those in fear easier. Reading a book by Pema Chodron, called Practicing Peace and it is tiny book full of helpful thoughts on this very subject and how to learn from our past to help the future. thanks

Oooh, I like that! Great quote. It can be very freeing to forgive ourselves, especially for things we could not control, but take on the guilt for. Wow! Keep up the great work!
