Every person in this life, despite everything he possesses, always feels that there is something missing. For example, love, friendship, warmth in the family. Husband or wife. Children . Good neighbor. Self-assurance . Determination. The important of all these things is self-satisfaction. That is, to accept myself and my soul as God gave it to me. Why do we only look at the empty square and leave the other boxes that fill our lives. It is really a difficult equation and few people find a solution.

b/c that's what depression does to you. It's called black and white thinking. your souls feeds on negative energy, idk how to describe it, it's just a bad habit is what I like to think. depression is just something you seem to can't be rid of or live without, but you so desperately want it gone.
Some people try to have it all and then they're burning the candle at both ends and they are getting burned out themselves. Some people are married to their careers. I think it's important to think about what are your goals and priorities. Are a family and children important to you or is having an illustrious career important to you? Trying to handle both, something is bound to get shortchanged. Being a father is more than just being the breadwinner, it's also caring about your kids and your wife. That's what I believe anyway. I used to envy some of these celebrities who seem to have it all, but now I can see they still have problems too with depression and their marriages falling apart. All that money and fame but they're human too.
