has anyone experienced depression to the point of having zero motivation? it feels like it just doesn’t matter because it’s not gonna bring him back. it’s just more of “getting through the day” with zero benefit for me

i’ll still be feeling like crap afterwards and it’ll still just be another day without resolution or reconciliation and just another day moving farther and farther away from him.
