Feel awful

I’ve been on Fluoxetine40mg. I’m on dTMS right now (almost done). Morning is extremely hard again lately ( it was before). I feel desperate and hopeless. Very pessimistic.

I’m a female. SSRI including Fluoxetine affects sexuality. I think this is a known fact. Is Fluvoxamine better for you?

Thank you for your support. I had PAWS (post acute withdrawals) from Lexapro 2 years ago then severe depression returned. It’s nothing to do with emotional problem. It’s a sort of biological process in my head. I’ve been fighting.... it’s been so hard
